version 1.0.4: launcher and raw runes

hello dear readers!

long time no see! here’s a freshly baked update of the book, including the following changes:

• new introduction on day 1! it describes the uxnemu launcher and discusses the possibility of programming uxn completely from within the system by using left!
• updates the raw character rune from ' to " — all examples in the book should work again with current assemblers!
• mention of the new raw addresses runes: these are very advanced and we don’t use them in the book, but now are there for completeness sake :)
• some minor corrections regarding typos (it’s amazing how they never end! thanks to those who have pointed them at us!)
